Resiliency is solvency in financial terms. As a Chaffee County Commissioner, maintaining fiscal resiliency in the face of change or depressed economic conditions is the most important statutory responsibility in this position.

 

In strong economic growth times, like today and the past few years, fiscally strong planning and oversight will ensure governmental stability, and that government services remain in place for growth needs, during any life threatening crisis, and for the day to day social and business needs of our citizens.
