County Facilities

Our county facilities are community centers that create different opportunities for jobs, recreational events, neighborly engagements, and revenue streams. Specifically, the fair grounds are a staple to our Chaffee County lifestyle. Fairground improvements will enhance and promote all of these benefits. 

The court house building embraces history; yet, with mechanical and technological improvements within, positive citizens services can continue with efficient and county wide connectivity and access.   

Facilities with inter governmental agreements, like the Touber Building and the Salida Airport, have created experiences that support the people and the services they need within our county lines.
