2.  Work toward diverse housing options that involve state, counties, cities, and private enterprise partnerships

3. Apply for special district and state/federal grant monies 

4. Having a flexible housing project design ready with estimates for grant opportunities, e.g. efficient building envelopes that already meet codes

5. Work with long time, native, land owners who are assessing their personal futures and their families personal futures in the valley

6. Inexpensive recreational opportunities

7. Guide a push for a variety of rental options for new employees and new families who do not have down payments or are new to area
